Our Classes

Monday night classes finish on 24th November 2025! If you can’t make it, then join us for our end of year ball which starts with a taster class for absolute beginners!

We run classes (nearly) every Monday night at Subud Hall in Pt Chev in monthly blocks - the best time to start is in the first two weeks of the month! You can confirm is class is running by checking out our Facebook or Instagram accounts.

-2025 Times-
Beginners class: 7:00-8:00pm
Social dancing: 8:00-8:15pm
Intermediate class: 8:15-9:00pm

-Beginner Class-
Our beginner class starts are perfect for first time dancers or those fairly new to blues. 👋 No partner necessary. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that feels great to wear and move in, and shoes that have a bit of slip. 👢👢 (No stilettos, sorry!)

-Social Dancing-
We usually have a short period of social dancing between classes where we dim the lights and play some sweet tunes for you to dance to. 🎺

-Intermediate Class-
In our intermediate class, we really start working on improving your technique. This is for the more experienced dancers looking to advance their dance skills. Intermediate dancers get free access to beginner classes. 😁
